Lena Larsson for Nesto "Grandessa" spindle back lounge chair, Sweden 1960's

Black painted spindle back lounge chair. Under the black paint we found marks of red paint, so the color is not original.
We have reupholstered the cushion with faux fur white fabric.

Lena Larsson (1919 – 2000), was a Swedish interior designer. She worked for cabinetmaker Elias Svedberg. Together with architects Anders-William Olsson and Mårten Larsson she created the one-family house "Skal och kärna". She also created home design solutions for the simplification of domestic lifestyles during the Fifties.
