Danish furniture designer Hans Olsen (1919-1992) is known for his innovative use of bent laminated wood. After his study study at the Royal Danish Academy he worked for Bramin Møbler and Juul Kistensen. Characteristic of mid-century design, his work features swooping organic curves and the use of multiple materials in one design.
